Celebration Balloons by Hallmark. We like these plates for a variety of reasons. Number one is that it is all made by Hallmark, so you know the quality is there. And of course they have a really nice square plate that is large and sturdy. But it was the overall theme that attracted us to this design. Fun, colorful but also multi-purpose.
