I love this stuff I carry it with me every where I go so that I can buy a bottle of water anywhere and I can just add it to the bottle. As I am drinking more water to try to loose weight but am getting really tired of drinking plain water, and the real squeezed Lemons tend to leak in my purse. So this is just a great thing.
